The Club

Founded in 1874. The Ground is situated on Barnsley Road in Wakefield.

The new clubhouse was completed in advance of the 2007 season and includes new changing facilities, a fully-licensed bar, lounge room and tea room. The new facilities are available for hire for business meetings, parties and other functions.

Senior Cricket

Sandal Cricket Club have been members of the Pontefract & District Cricket League since 1990.

The 1st XI play in Division 1 and the 2nd XI play in Division 5.

Winter nets will take place on Thursday nights (8pm start) from 17 January 2008 at Cathedral School.
